We take pride in our gift baskets and all gifts ordered are guaranteed 100%. Your gift will arrive fresh, professionally designed and provide the recipient with the best quality products. If you or the recipient are unhappy with the quality of your gift or it is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 1-888-4theGBS. Please keep original packaging materials and all products received in the basket.
Refunds- In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product you may return the merchandise in its original condition after contacting our customer service department first at 1-888-4theGBS (888-484-3427) for our product return mailing address and form within 48 hours of product delivery. All items should be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds are for the purchase price of the gift basket minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Refunds will be applied back to the credit card used for the purchase.
Custom gift baskets are non refundable due to TheGiftBasketStop not being able to reuse the gift basket.
Damaged gift baskets- For the rare unforeseen instances when a gift basket is damaged in transit please contact our customer service department at 1-888-4theGBS (888-484-3427). A claim will be filed with the shipping courior. During the claim process all material needs to be keeped in the origianl box to be inspected by a FedEx employee. Once the claim is approved we will get a replacement gift basket shipped to the recepient or a refund to your credit card.
Returns- If your gift happens to be returned to us we will happily issue an in store credit for the purchase price of the gift. You can choose to take advantage of this immediately, or save it for your future gifting needs!
Substitutions and Out-of-Stock Merchandise- In those rare unforeseen instances when product demand is higher than our supply of a particular item or product within a Gift Basket design, we reserve the right to replace or substitute items, following attempts to contact you via email and gain your consent. Please remember that our baskets are not mass-produced. Each Gift Basket is individually created with you in mind.
