Florist Arranged products are available for Same Day delivery on Monday to Saturday if the order is placed before noon in the recipient's time zone. Orders going to Alaska must be placed before 3 pm EST. Florist Arranged products are not available for delivery in Hawaii, Nunavut, or the Northwest and Yukon Territories.
All Florist Arranged products will be delivered directly to the recipient from a local florist. We offer free delivery on all Florist Arranged deliveries. If your question is not included below, please contact The Gift Basket Stop.com.

Important Delivery Information
We are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. All deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the requested delivery date, if we are provided with complete and accurate recipient information.
For best results, give the destination address of where the recipient is most likely to be between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. The florist requires a telephone number for the recipient and will generally call prior to delivery to ensure a successful delivery, or in the event they need further delivery instructions.
Florists may be required to substitute product due to availability.
The recipient's physical street address is required. Delivery is not available to Post Offices Boxes or Rural Routes.
More Shipping Information
Our courier delivers your flowers, fresh, to your door, on the requested delivery date. However, we do not guarantee delivery times nor do we accept time requests. The delivery time is dependant upon how many pick ups and deliveries the courier has in their area.
We do have a signature release with our courier. If the recipient is not at home during the delivery attempt, this enables the driver to leave the package at the recipient's address without a signature if they deem it is a safe location. If the driver feels the area is not safe, they will re-attempt delivery the next business day or the recipient can pick up the package at the nearest sort facility.
When placing an order we ask that you make sure all delivery information is 100% accurate. Our courier drivers do not carry phones so are unable to be reached while out on the road. We want to make sure you, our valued customer, are 100% satisfied with the product received by the recipient. When incorrect information is provided to us, this causes potential delays with the delivery and when situations such as this arise, our guarantee becomes null and void.
If an incorrect address is provided, you would have a few options to choose from to rectify the problem. You could either (a) provide us with an alternate address for the recipient. There would be a $10.00 address change fee applied to your credit card and there would be a delay of at least one business day, (b) submit a new order to the correct address for a discounted price of $10.00 less than the original order, or (c) have the recipient arrange to pick the flowers up at the nearest sort facility.
