A favorite game of fishermen and sailors for centuries, Shut the Box is an old time pub game and a great gift to be enjoyed by two or more fun-loving participants.
Our version features a handsome solid wood decorative box, wooden dice and tiles, and comes with a bottle of BV Century Cellars Merlot.
How to play: roll the dice and lay down any combination of tiles that match your roll. Keep rolling...when you can't match the tiles to your roll, your turn is over. Low score wins the game. Determine your score by reading the tiles left to right. Lay down all the tiles and you've "Shut-the-Box"!
